If you’re already represented by an agent and don’t make any changes, you don’t need to do anything.
If you’re new to our online services, you’ll need to get a myGovIDExternal Link with at least a Standard identity strength and link your organisation to your myGovID in Relationship access managerExternal Link. If the primary person (usually the director or responsible person for your organisation) only has a Standard identity strength they will need to call us to link their organisation to their myGovID.
Once this is completed, adding your agent just requires a few steps.
